Instructor Felicia Rennick will get your body moving-at your own pace- for a 30 minute workout focusing on core strengthening and cardio.

Items to have on hand at home. Light hand weights, or you can use a water bottle, soup cans for substitute. Stretch band, or use bath towel as substitute. A small ball or pillow as substitute.
