Fresh Mozzarella & Bruschetta Workshop. Alyssa Hayes, Food Systems Educator from the Warren Co. Cornell Cooperative Extension teaches us how to make fresh mozzarella from whole milk and a delicious fresh tomato bruschetta to pair with a balsamic glaze. We will enjoy our delicious Italian appetizer together! Grandchildren welcomed and encouraged! $5.00 Fee due to The Conkling Center by 8/5.  *Please Note* Fees or requests for cancellations after the “due by” will become a program donation.
