The Lifespan Respite Care Program in New York, managed by the New York State Caregiving and Respite Coalition (NYSCRC) and Lifespan of Greater Rochester, offers financial support to family caregivers through programs like the respite voucher program and provides training for respite providers. Caregivers of kinship or those with chronic conditions can apply for up to $600 in respite vouchers, while individuals can also access a free online training program to become respite providers.
