Erica Warnock is an Outreach Specialist with NY Connects, serving Warren, Washington, and Hamilton Counties through the Independent Living Center of the Hudson Valley. In her role, Erica works closely with individuals, families, and caregivers to connect them with vital community resources and services that support independence and quality of life.

NY Connects provides free, unbiased information and assistance to people of all ages, disabilities, and income levels. Covering 19 counties, the program helps individuals navigate available supports, including healthcare services, in-home supports, and community programs. Erica is passionate about ensuring people have the tools and knowledge they need to remain safely and independently in their homes and communities.
