Washington County Archivist, Grace Peck joins us at The Conkling Center.

Born and raised in Greenwich, NY, Grace Peck has long held a deep passion for history and art. She earned a bachelor’s degree in art history and fine arts from Marist College in Poughkeepsie and a Master of Arts in Museum Studies from the Istituto Lorzeno de’Medici in Florence Italy. Beginning her career supporting educational efforts of museums such as the Tang Teaching Museum and Mass MoCA. Since then, she has been the Archivist for Washington County, where she manages historical collections and oversees archival documentation. Drawing on her knowledge of art restoration, Grace will outline practical methods for preserving cherished items such as books, letters, photo albums, fabrics, and glassware, ensuring they can be enjoyed by future generations.
